Individual samples: cleanser, toning lotion, day moisturizer, night moisturizer, exfoliating
treatment, facial mask, hand and nail crème, shampoo. $1.25 ea. plus shipping
Sample request must be made by either email or phone.
Free samples are enclosed with each order. If you have a preference in samples for trial, please let us know at the time your order is placed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
La'NÉ works closely with Simplicité to ensure fresh stock and quantities of the full range
of products. When a backorder occurs, La'NÉ will notify the customer of the backorder. We will
then offer to credit the amount back to the customer or send the product separately upon arrival
of fresh stock. If samples are available of the backordered product, La'NÉ will include a sufficient
quantity of [free] samples to satisfy customer's needs.
Our policy is to ship the backordered item within 24 hours of the arrival of fresh stock, UPS
2nd day with no shipping charges incurred to the customer.

SHIPPING:
La'NÉ is sympathetic to the customer who is about to run out of product. We strive to
accommodate our customers' needs on an individual basis. That even includes shipping product
to a vacation destination [within the United States].
La'NÉ ships UPS. This enables us to know where your product is at all times until delivery to you.
If an address appears to be a condo or apartment, La'NÉ will contact the customer regarding
any concern shipping to one's home address.
SHIPPING FEES:
With the exception of individual sample orders and Canada orders, shipping is free.
RETURN POLICY:
Returnable items include product that has been neither opened nor used. Returns must occur within 30 days of customer's receipt.
