Simplicité Daily Skin Care Regime
Sensitive-Combination Skin:
Cleanse - morning and night with Plant Gel Cleanser (for combination
skin). Normalises oil levels, promotes a clear complexion.
Exfoliate - two or three times a week with Exfoliating Face Treatment,
gently exfoliates with plant enzyme action.
Soothe and Tone - alcohol-free Flower Water Toning Lotion (for combination/oily
skin). Rejuvenates the appearance of the skin with Angelica, Thyme and Daisy, and has
antibacterial properties. Contains natural plant surfactants, which soften the skin and
help with the absorption of hydrating Face Oils.
Protect with anti-oxidants - at night apply 4 drops of Pro-Vitamin Plant Serum while
the face is still wet with Toning Lotion. Massage all over the face, pressing into areas
showing signs of early ageing.
Help prevent blackheads - apply Sage Face Oil (2 drops Summer, 4 drops Winter) in the
morning to keep the skin’s natural oils moving and help clear pimples and blackheads.
This nutrient-rich oil is easily absorbed and will not leave an oily feel if mixed with
Toning Lotion before applying, and if the skin is exfoliated regularly.
Moisturise - with plant nutrients morning and night. Gently apply Firming Eye Creme
(cucumber, wheatgerm and jojoba) to the eye area. Calendula and Hypericum stimulate
the skin’s own immunity to resist sun damage and sensitivity. Fresh Aloe Vera soothes
the skin and minimizes sensitivities. Apply Alba-White Day Creme (with anti-ageing,
anti-oxidants) in the evening.
Intense Treatments to calm redness and help correct sensitivity - apply Botanic Gel
Mask three times per week and the nutrient-rich Waratah and Beetroot Plant Mask
(calms redness, helps correct sensitivity) once weekly. Use the Anti-Oxidant Plant
Serum under masks for extra nutrient infusion into the skin.
